This map shows the worldwide interest by region, for American singers Beyonce Knowles and Taylor Swift. It displays how much the singers were searched in an engine online, which proves who is the most popular in each region today. From the map, you'll be able to see that Beyonce is most popular in Russia, while Taylor is most popular in Canada. I chose to search these two women for their worldwide popularity because in my opinion, it seems as if they are the most talked about artists today. They've traveled the world on tours and although they are American artists, you could probably go to any country and someone will know their name.

The boys who are back to back state champions from Flint Beecher High School head to the Breslin Center at Michigan State University again for the seventh time out of eight years today. This Class C semi-final game will tip off at 1p.m and be a face-off between Detroit Edison Public School Academy with a season record 15-11 and Flint Beecher 21-5 . After DEPSA's girl basketball team won a state title of their own last Saturday, the boys plan to do the same after the defeat of Monroe St. Mary's Catholic Central for the advancement of their first state semifinal in school history . Both of these teams have something to prove today with the Beecher Bucs going for the 3peat they lost their chances at in 2014 and the Detroit Pioneers making history in attempt to bring home their first state championship.

Review of Flint Beecher v.s DEPSA 2017 Class C Semifinals

Flint Beecher defeated Detroit Edison 76-68 in the Class C semifinals heading to the state championship for the third year in a row . The game started off a little shaky for the bucs in the first quarter when Edison wouldn't let the team score a bucket. Shots were being blocked left and right. In the second quarter AP Class C Player of the Year Malik Ellison finally started to find his groove and went on a scoring streak for the rest of the game. Once Beecher landed its first lead in the second quarter, things went left for Detroit Edison. Fouls began to pile up as Beecher went to the free throw line continuously and the pioneers trailed for the remaining of the game. Although Edison didn't get a chance to bring home a state title like their girl's basketball team did last Saturday, they put their unknown program on the map  just by reaching the semi-finals. College Stress: Continued

Students on Michigan State's campus are trying to balance their social lives and academics while maintaining a job and planning for their future goals. “Keeping grades up, getting all of your extracurricular in, and finding time to eat, sleep, and have friends; it’s a lot of stress to fit all of that into 24 hours,” MSU senior Colin Lesoski said. Most students are going through some of the same stresses and can relate when they talk about some of the major differences they faced transitioning from high school to college.  The work load just seems impossible and some students feel that professors just don't care.
